Storefast is pleased to announce the opening of ( Summer 2004 ) our new food ingredient powder handling facility. The handling equipment is housed in a sealed hygienic production area with a dust extraction system. We currently offer the following services:-

• Hygienic 25 Kg bag splitting “ rip and tip “ line.
• FIBC ( Bulk Bag ) Filling line
• FIBC to FIBC Re-pack service.
• Bulk Tanker filling.
• All filling services incorporating product filtration prior to packing.
• Fully documented QC and production records with complete batch traceability.

The production system has been designed to handle a variety of powders such as Dextrose, Protein, Lactose, and Milk Powder.
A formalised equipment strip down, clean and sanitisation procedure has been evolved to guarantee there is no risk of cross-contamination when changing from one prodcut to another.
Cleaning efficiencies are evaluated at specific swabbing points using the Biotrace ATP analysis system. For more information email us at the address shown below.
